Study Helps Argument that Curvy Women Are Better

Women and their curvaceousness has long been a topic of society and science. In just about every society and culture, studies have shown that attractiveness, IQ and health of woman can be attributed to their waist-to-hip ratio.

One particular study published in the "Evolution and Human Behavior" journal indicates that women with smaller waist-to-hip ratios (smaller meaning a lower number, but a bigger disparity between the circumference of the waist and the hips) seem to be smarter than those with ratios closer to 1 (a ratio of 1, would mean that the circumferences of the waist and hips are the same). The study used 16,000 women.

In the same study, it was also determined that women with lower ratios live longer.

It has also been concluded that women with lower waist-to-hip ratios also give birth to smarter children.

According to the study, a women like Jennifer Lopez (with a ratio of .66) were considered curvy, and a women like Keira Knightley (with a ratio of .76) was not considered curvy.

This brings me to the nature of the male. Now, in a lot a sects, women with a waist-to-hip ratio of around .7 are considered to be most attractive. These sects include most of the United States. In these same areas, once you start deviating away from .7, the lower a woman's waist-to-hip ratio is, the less attractive they are to men.

Now in this American, fashionista, model, skin-and-bones society we live in, the skinner, less curvaceous women are being deemed the most attractive by men. That is evident by the cover girls we see on models, the increase in anorexic females, the size of runway models and the size of the clothes designers make for "beautiful" women.

But as evidenced by this study, men should be more interested in curvy women. Afterall, they are healthier and breed smarter children.

Thus, that leads me to believe that the men, throughout the history of the world, who have been interested in more curvy women are smarter than most other men and are more successful and well-off in life. These men, which I will take the liberty of labeling them Alpha males, have found an underappreciated commodity (curvy women in skinny-model market) and have elected to buy stock (date, mate and marry) this commodity. By cornering the market of curvy women, Alpha males have gained particular advantages throughout history.

As the study denotes, the Alpha males who mate with curvy women have smarter children, thereby a lineage of men who continue to mate with curvy women get smarter and smarter as the lineage grows. Naturally, the smarter the male offspring are, the more likely they are to mate with curvy women, because their intelligence allows them to pick out undervalued commodities in the market.

By being with curvy women, these men are also going into relationships with smarter women, which results in an alliance that is capable of taking advantage of society with their combined intelligence.

Evidence that Alpha males have been more successful and well-off figures in society include; Stedman Graham (a prominent lawyer involved with Oprah Winfrey), George H.W. Bush (who married Barbara Bush and went on to have breed a lineage of successful offspring), and Sam Walton (founder of Wal-Mart who was married to Helen Robson Walton). All of the women these men were involved with had low waist-to-hip ratios at the time of their initial involvement, and all of these men have had great lives.

Obviously, such results don't happen to every Alpha male with curvy women, but I'm sure it helps in some fashion or another...at least you'll die happier if you're with a curvy woman!
