Are All Sins Forgivable?

Why is it that people have such a problem with the forgiveness of sins? That is the basis of the Christian and Jewish Religions. The whole journey involves man sinning, and God working to forgive those sins.

Now, we are all aware that we all fall short of the Glory of God and that we have all sinned. So how did we receive forgiveness of sins? It was by the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. It had to be a perfect sacrifice without spot or blemish and Jesus was that willing sacrifice. With that one act God reconciled the world to himself not counting our sins against us. You may then ask why we should be good at all since all sin is not counted against us anymore. One simple reason, it is not we who do good, but the Holy Spirit which resides in us. We are corrupted in all that we do.

It is the Holy Spirit inside of us that makes us to know when we have done wrong, and those that do not concern themselves with the ways of God, simply do not find fault in whatever the do. There is only one sin which will not be forgiven of a man and that is the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Do not worry if you are at all concerned that you may have done that, it is likely that you have not, because only a man with the Holy Spirit in him would worry about such a thing.
